Ich bin ehrlich, da ich bereits „natürliche“ Zahnpastas ausprobiert habe, war ich zu Beginn eher skeptisch. Als ich das PR-Paket öffnete, kam mir direkt einen frischen Duft von Minze entgegen, was ich enorm positiv empfand.

Nach mehreren Anwendungen kann ich sagen, dass ich total glücklich bin. Die Zahnpasta sowie das Zahnpuder versprechen was sie sagen.

Meine Zähne fühlen sich nach der Reinigung sauber an und die Zahnpasta gibt einem einen total frischen Atem, vor allem Morgens ist dieser Frische-Kick herrlich. Zudem bin ich überrascht wie wenig Produkt ich für eine einzige Zahnreinigung benötige. Auch mein Mann verwendet die Zahnpasta mittlerweile gerne. Keine Parabenen, Phtalaten, Mikroplastik und Triclosan mehr.

I saw that today is Sense of Smell Day (there is a day for everything, isn`t there?😂)So here some things that smell just so good to me.

🎀Hubby and I are back home from our Lucerne adventure. I put all the stories in my `Switzerland` highlights if you want to check them out. We had such a good time. Breakfast was so good this morning, we went to the market along the river Reuss and walked around a little more. It is truly a beautiful city. I just wished there were some more nice cafés (or maybe I didn`t find them). So definitely visit if you get the chance.

Jedes Jahr gelangen mehr als 10 Millionen Tonnen Plastikmüll in die Weltmeere. Als Konsumenten und Bewohner dieser Erde können wir schon viel tun, damit es nicht noch mehr wird. Plastikmüll hat eine Lebensdauer von über 450 Jahren. Neben den Gefahren die Plastikteile für Meerestiere sowieso darstellen, zersetzt Plastik sich super langsam in Mikroplastik. Dieser wird von den Fischen mit ihrer Nahrung aufgenommen und gelangt so auch in unsere Lebensmittel.
@oneearthoneocean hat Konzepte wie dieses Boot hier entwickelt, um Plastikmüll aus den Gewässern sammeln zu können. Lest mehr über den #seehamster und seine grossen Geschwister in den nächsten beiden Posts.

A few weeks ago I received this all natural deodorant from benannaswitzerland and I have been using it every day and I am so thrilled because it works.
✨A little backstory first. I tried a lot of aluminium free deodorants and also normal ones but they all didn`t work for me. I always felt as it the fragrance and my sweat mixed together and I hated how it smelled and I was so self-conscious about it. Sorry for the tmi. I just want you to know how desperate I was. When I saw this deodorant on valichouchou `s page I just had to try it for myself.
I have the `Pink Grapefruit` version which smells zesty and fresh but not too much so you don`t smell it all day. There is no mixing with sweat, I actually smell good all day long-even after the gym which is amazing for a deodorant. I am so so happy with this. It is a little crumbly when you apply it but I just use my fingers to rub it in, so no big deal for me. It is aluminium free, cruelty free and it`s made with baking soda and shea butter. The deodorant is wrapped in paper tubes made from recycled paper and vegan. I must say it doesn`t prevent sweating but I don`t need that anyway-I just want to smell good all day which this deodorant definitely provides.
